Handstand Push Up Tekkers
Deadlift Tekkers

WOD:
10 Minute AMRAP Of:
5 Handstand Push Ups
10 Deadlift @ 70/100kg
25 Double Unders

* Scale HSPU with Ab-Mats/Pikes @ 1-1 or Press Ups @ 2-1
* Scale Deadlift WEIGHT as needed
* Scale DU’s for Single Unders @ 3 – 1 = 75 Reps
