Todays WOD is a hero WOD in honour of young Jeremy Bloniasz, a CrossFit kid.

Three year old Jeremy Bloniasz lost his life in a tragic accident
Thursday, July 6th. To Jeremy’s parents, Kelly and Jeremy, the
entire CrossFit family offers our deepest sorrow.

Warm up

800m run, Stretch and mobilise

OH Squat tekkers with PVC pipe



21-15-9 reps for the time of:

  • OH Squats @ 30kg/42.5kg
  • Burpees
