12 Minute AMRAP Of:
10 Front Rack Lunges @ 42.5/60kg
10 Pull Ups
10 Press Ups

* Scale WEIGHT as needed
* Scale Pull Ups for Band Assisted or Jumping Pull Ups
* Scale Press Ups on Knees.
