Workout of the Day

It has been exactly 1 year since one of our members and close friends Sue Hollis sadly lost her Mother Maureen. It is a tradition in CrossFit to remember the loved ones we have lost by completing a workout named after them. Last year we completed a special WOD which Evie Hollis programmed in memory of her Grandmother. Today we will once again join Sue, Steve and Evie and complete this same workout in her Honour.

Warm Up:
Run 800m
Stretch & Mobilise


Power Clean Tekkers

3 Rounds For Time Of:
8 Power Cleans @ 42.5/60kg
9 Handstand Push Ups
13 Box Jumps @ 20/24″

Cash Out with 75 Burpees

* Scale WEIGHT & HEIGHT as needed
* Scale HSPU with Ab-Mats or Pikes @ 1-1, Press Ups @ 2 – 1
