Warm Up:
Run 800m
Stretch & Mobilise

For Time Of:
Run 1 Mile

Immediately after your Run is complete, you must AMRAP the following until the clock hits 20 Minutes:

15 Burpees
20 Ab-Mat Sit Ups
25 Double Unders

As soon as the clock hits 20 Minutes you must complete the following:

For Time Of:
Run 1 Mile

* Scale DISTANCE as needed
* Scale DU’s for 75 Single Unders
