  • Row 1000m
  • 80 Air Squats
  • 60 Ball Slams @ 7/9kg
  • 40 T2B
  • 20 Burpee Box Jumps @ 20″/24″

*T2B can be scaled by 60 Sit ups or 40 Knees to chest*
