Workout of the Day

WOD 08.06.2015

The upcoming Weightlifting Course is starting this weekend on Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th June. Class times on the Saturday are 4:00pm – 5:15pm & 5:30pm – 6:45pm, the Sunday class is 9:00am – 10:15am. If you cannot remember which class you have signed up for, please message me or ask me in the box and ill let you know.

Also, if you have signed up for the course but have not yet paid the full amount, please could you bring the remaining £30 some time this week, or bring it with you to your 1st class at the weekend. If you cannot make the 1st class, please let me know so I can arrange a catch up session mid-week!

Warm Up:
Run 800m
Stretch & Mobilise

Deadlift Tekkers
Hang Squat Clean Tekkers

3 Rounds For Max Reps Of:

In 3 Minutes:
Run 400m
In the remaining time AMRAP:
5 Deadlifts @ 42.5/60kg
4 Hang Squat Cleans @ 42.5/60kg

Rest 1 Minute

In 3 Minutes:
Run 400m
In the remaining time AMRAP:
5 Russian Kettlebell Swings @ 24/32kg
4 Burpee Box Jumps @ 20/24″

Rest 1 Minute

* Scale DISTANCE as needed (down to 300m or 200m)
* Scale WEIGHT as needed
* Scale HEIGHT as needed
