TIME CAP = 40 MINUTES

* Reduce Calories to 40/50 or 30/40
* Reduce DISTANCE to 600m or 400m

* Reduce Press Ups to 30/20/10 Reps
* Scale Press Ups to Knees or Box Assisted

* Reduce Sit Ups to 40/30/20 Reps

* Reduce Air Squats to 50/40/30 Reps
