Its that time of year when we find out if our Running has either improved during the Winter, or if it has taken a hit. If you have been focussing on your Running during the Winter then this could be a great chance to hit a new PB! If not… then don’t worry, its a chance to see where you are at and create some Goals for 2015.

Warm Up:
Run 800m
Stretch & Mobilise

Ankle, Calf & Hamstring Mobility

For Time Of:
Run 5000m

* Scale Distance as needed
