WOD – “06/08/2013”

For those of you who are taking part in the Spartan Race 8th September, you have until the end of this week to get signed up and pay your registration fee (£35). At the end of the week I will pass on all collected payments and registration details to Dave Hughes (Dangerous Dave) who will be organising Crossfit Teesside’s online registration.

For those of you who have expressed an interest in signing up for the upcoming Olympic Lifting classes, the start of the course will be the 31st Aug/1st Sept. It will run for a total of 12 weeks, 6 weeks dedicated to the Snatch & 6 weeks dedicated to the Clean & Jerk. These classes are aimed at anyone who wants to improve their technique in the Olympic Lifts, a Strength element will also be involved.

Each class will be made up of a Maximum of 12 people, places are available on a first come first served basis. You can reserve a place by signing up for one of the classes at the box (speak to Coach B), This place will be secured by paying at least a 50% deposit, full payments of £60 must be made by Friday 23rd August. Here are the weekly class options available:

Saturday @ 4:00pm – 5:00pm

Saturday @ 5:30pm – 6:30pm

Sunday @ 9:00am – 10:00am
