Deadlift Tekkers

Kit Set-Up & Practice

4 Rounds of:

4 Minute AMRAP of:
12 Deadlifts @ 50/70kg
18 Box Step Ups @ 20/24kg with 16/24kg Kettlebell
12 Press Ups

2 Minute Rest Between Rounds

* Scale WEIGHT & HEIGHT as needed
* Scale Press Ups to Knees or Reduce Reps if needed
