Stretch & Mobilise

Hamstrings, Glutes & Lower Back Mobilisation

15 Minute AMRAP Of:
15 Kettlebell Swings @ 16/24kg
10 Burpees

At 0, 5 & 10 Minutes into the Workout = Run 200m
