Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise

WOD

Establish a max set of Double Unders in 10 mins, if you don’t have Double Unders use this as a time to master them.

5 Rounds for time:

  • 10 Pull ups
  • 15 KB Swings @ 16kg/24kg
  • 20 Wall Balls @ 6kg/9kg
