Warm Up:
Run 800m
Stretch & Mobilise


Power Clean Tekkers

6 Rounds For Time Of:
5 Power Cleans @ 42.5/60kg
7 Hand-Release Press Ups
9 Alternating Weighted Pistol Squats @ 16/24kg

* Scale WEIGHT as needed.
* Scale Weighted Pistols for regular Un-Weighted Pistols, Equipment Aided Pistols, Band Assisted Pistols or 18 Jumping Air Squats.
