Warm up

Run 800m, stretch and mobilise

Handstand hold/Handstand Press up tekkers.

Try and hold a handstand (against the wall) for as long as you can, up to 2 minutes.

5 Rounds for the time:

  • 20 Wall ball shots
  • 20 Plate sit ups 5kg/10kg

*Every 2 minutes perform 3 Burpees*
