WOD:
12 Minute AMRAP of:
5 Strict Handstand Push Ups
15 Ab-Mat Sit Ups
25 Double Unders

* Scale STRICT HSPU with Ab-Mats or Pikes @ 1-1
* Substitute STRICT HSPU for 10 Press Ups
* Scale DU’s to Reduced Reps (15) or for 75 Single Unders
