12 Minute AMRAP Of:
16 Alternating Pistol Squats
8 Shoulder to Overhead @ 42.5/60kg
16 Ab-Mat Sit Ups

* Scale Pistols for a scaled down version of the movement
* Scale Pistols for a different one legged movement
* Scale Pistols by using an equipment aid
* Scale WEIGHT as needed
