Workout of the Day

WOD 05.02.2019

Our Burpee Challenge is underway and already we have had lots of Burpees added to the Board and plenty of donations thrown in the Bucket! Our goal is to help one of our Members Matt Caddick raise as much money as possible to help his Daughter Devon, who has recently been diagnosed with a rare for of cancer found in children, and needs to spend 3 Months in Germany to receive special treatment not currently available in the UK.

The challenge is to complete as many Burpees as possible in the month of February! For every Burpee that you complete, that you would like to include in the Challenge, put 1p into the “Burpee Bucket”. Also, don’t forget to write your names and how many you have done on the Whiteboard so that at the end of each day we can tally up the total and keep track of everything!

Burpees performed in the Class WODs will only be contributed to the challenge if you want them to be! It is up to you to donate as much as you would like too, and ALL donations are greatly appreciated!!!

STRICT Handstand Push Up Tekkers

7 Minute AMRAP of:
3 Strict Handstand Push Ups
6 Box Jumps @ 20/24″
9 Ab-Mat Sit Ups

Rest 3 Minutes

7 Minute AMRAP of:
10 Calorie Row, Ski or Assault Bike
10 Wallballs @ 6/9kg

* Scale STRICT HSPU with Ab-Mats, Pikes or Press Ups (no Kipping)
* Scale HEIGHT & WEIGHT as needed
