Well done to everybody who took part in the qualifiers for the London Throwdown, your final standings can be found here. Its always good to test yourself in competitions so you can monitor your progress and see how you stand up against other people. Weakness’s in your abilities are always highlighted by competition, make friends with your weakness’s and then smash them to pieces!!

The next online qualifiers and route to a major competition will be the worldwide CrossFit OPEN which kicks off on March 6th 2013, I encourage you all to work hard and aim to compete against the rest of the world in this event!! Details can be found here
