5 Minute AMRAP of:
10 Front Rack Lunges @ 30/40kg
25 Double Unders

Rest 2 Minutes

5 Minute AMRAP of:
10 Sumo-Deadlift High Pulls @ 30/40kg
10 Burpees

* Scale WEIGHT & HEIGHT as needed
* Reduce DUs to 15 Reps or Scale to 50 Single Unders
