* Scale Pistols with an Equipment Aid e.g. plate under heel, hold object, stand on or sit to box etc.
* Scale Pistols to post or band assisted.
* Substitute Pistols for Lunges or Step Ups
* Substitute Pistols for Squats
* Scale WEIGHT as needed
