Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise

Double Under Tekkers


5-10-15-20-25-30 Reps for time of:

  • Double Unders (scale 3-1 singles)
  • KB Swings @ 16/24kg
  • Burpees

If you need to scale Double Unders here are the conversions to singles, 15-30-45-60-75-90; however give it your best shot to dial in those Double Unders!!!
