This WOD is dedicated to Mathew Williams’s Grandad who on 12th April 2014 passed away. We at CrossFit Teesside will pay our respects to Harry Williams in the way we know how. Our deepest sympathies and condolence’s are with Matty and his family, R.I.P Harry.




5 Rounds for time:

  • 12 Pull ups
  • Run 350m
  • 50m Broad Jump
  • 20 Air Squat Jumps
  • 14 Burpee’s
