WOD

Work on a gymnastic movement of your choice whilst waiting for a heat.

For time:

  • Row 1000m
  • 50 KB Swings @ 16kg/24kg
  • 50 Static Lunges with 10kg/20kg plate Overhead
  • 50 Ab-mat Sit ups
  • 50 H/R Press ups
  • 50 Box Jumps @ 20″/24″
  • 50 Burpees

*Scale reps and weight as needed*
