Stretch & Mobilise

60 Pull Ups
80 Press Ups
100 Ab-Mat Sit Ups
Run 1 Mile

* Scale DISTANCE as needed
* Scale PU’s for Band Assisted or Jumping PU’s, or Ring Rows
* Scale Press Ups to Knees
* Scale REPs as needed
