Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise

OPEN WOD 12.2

In a 10 minute window complete:

  • 30 Snatches @ 20/35kg
  • 30 Snatches @ 35/62kg
  • 30 Snatches @ 45/75kg
  • AMRAP Snatches @ 55/90kg

Alternate WOD

In a 10 minute Window:

  • Run 400m
  • Then AMRAP 3 Pull ups, 6 Press ups, 9 Air Squats.
