WOD – “02/12/2013”

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The box WILL NOT be open this coming Saturday 7th December due to a Crossfit Certification which is taking place all weekend at CrossFit Teesside. Apologies for any inconvenience caused, everybody will be welcome over at Crossfit Telic – Hartlepool on Saturday morning same opening hours no charge if you still want to get your WOD on :-).

CrossFit Teesside’s “12 Days of Christmas” is fast approaching. For those of you who are unfamiliar with this, from Monday 9th December – Saturday 21st December, the programmed WOD’s at the box will only consist of Benchmark & Hero WOD’s! We will train 6 days a week (Thursdays will become a regular training day instead of Open Gym Day), with Sunday as our rest day :-). As always the WOD’s programmed can and should be Scaled as needed, which means everybody should be excited to get stuck in to this fantastic fortnight of training!

From tomorrow morning you will be able to Vote for your choice of two WOD’s for each of the 12 days. This will be written on the White Board next to the rowers, put a mark next to the one you would like to see Programmed (onle 1 vote per person)! However they will not appear in the order which they will come up during the 12 days, you will find that information out when the WOD is posted the night before :-). Good Luck.

21 Kettlebell Swings @ 16/24kg
12 Box Jumps @ 20/24″
