Power Clean Tekkers
Shoulder to Overhead Tekkers

WOD:
In 6 Minutes:
Run 800m
AMRAP Power Cleans @ 42.5/60kg

Rest 2 Minutes

In 6 Minutes:
Run 800m
AMRAP Shoulder to Overhead @ 42.5/60kg

Rest 2 Minutes

In 6 Minutes:
Run 800m
AMRAP Burpees

* Scale WEIGHT & DISTANCE as needed 🙂
