WOD-02.11.11 “JACKIE”

Warm up

800m run, Stretch and mobilise

Thruster Tekkers with PVC pipe


For the time:

  • Row 1000m
  • 50 Thrusters @ 20kg
  • 30 Pull ups

The clock will be rolling from when the first 2 people start the WOD, once they jump off the rower and start thrusters then the next 2 people can jump on and we’ll just feed through the rowers that way. When you finish you can then subtract whatever time you need to from the clock depending on what minute you started rowing. Hope that make sense 🙂
