Here are the Opening Hours for Bank Holiday Monday:

8am – 10am = Open Gym
10am – 11am = CrossFit Class
11am – 12am = CrossFit Class

4pm – 5pm = Open Gym
5pm – 6pm = CrossFit Class
6pm – 7pm = CrossFit Class

7 Minute AMRAP of:
Burpees

Rest 3 Minutes

b)
For Time Of: (Clock will run for 15 Minutes)
Run 1 Mile

Rest Remaining Time

c)
7 Minute AMRAP of:
15 Kettlebell Swings @ 16/24kg
30 Double Unders

* Add Jump to 6″ Reach (two handed touch) if desired
* Scale DISTANCE as needed
* Scale WEIGHT as needed
* Scale DU’s to Reduced Reps (15) or 60 Single Unders
