10 Pull Ups
* Scale Weight As Needed (Empty Bar or PVC Pipe If Needed). Pull Ups can be scaled for Band Assisted Pull Ups or Jumping Pull Ups.
The Video below is part of a very simple 3 step tutorial for learning the basic movement pattern of the Snatch. Starting tomorrow we will be going through this movement in our warm ups over the next few weeks one step at a time. For some of you this will be a re-cap, for some of our newer members or for those who struggle with the Snatch in particular, it will be a good opportunity to go over the basics and drill in some tekkers. Until then… grab a mop handle or broomstick from your kitchen and give it a go! That how I started 🙂
