CrossFit Teesside’s Christmas Party is coming up soon guys, Saturday 13th December! Only two more weeks of training to go and we will be letting off some steam and busting some moves on the dance floor. Remember to collect your tickets from the coaches office if you have alread paid your £20, if you havn’t got it sorted yet make sure you don’t miss out it is always a fantastic night!

 

Also, if you havn’t made your choices yet for the “12 Days of Xmas” which is coming up next week, get them up on the whiteboard before Friday! Hope your all as excited as I am for our countdown to Christmas!!!

15 Pull Ups
30 Double Unders

* Scale WEIGHT as needed
* Scale PU’s with Band Assisted/Jumping
* Scale DU’s for 90 Single Unders
