Warm up

500m row, Stretch and mobilise.

Spend 15 minutes working on a gymnastic move of your choice, Toes to bar, kipping pull ups, Handstand holds, planks, ring dips etc.


5 Rounds for the time of:

  • 20 Double Unders
  • 15 H/R Press ups
  • 10 Knees to elbow
  • 5 Burpees
