WOD:
12 Minute AMRAP of:
10 Overhead Squats @ 30/40kg
25 Double Unders
7/10 Calories or Run 100m

* Scale WEIGHT as needed
* Switch Overhead Squat to Front Squat or Goblet Squat if needed
* Scale DU’s to 15 Reduced Reps or 75 Single Unders as needed
