1st Minute = 1 Rep
2nd Minute = 2 Reps
3rd Minute = 3 Reps

Continue for 20 Minutes!

If you fail to complete the required amount of Reps before the end of the Minute, start again from 1 Rep the next Minute, until the 20 Minutes is over!
