Warm Up:

20 Air Squats
5 Burpees
x 3

Clean & Jerk Tekkers (PVC)

Empty Barbell Practice

WOD:
3 Rounds for Time of:
10 Clean & Jerks @ 40/60kg
Run 400m or Row, Ski or Bike 20/25 Calories
50 Air Squats

* Scale WEIGHT as needed

* Scale DISTANCE to 300m or 200m if needed
* Scale CALORIES to 15/20 or 10/15 if needed
