  • Run 1 mile (between the pair)
  • Perform “Annie”

Then in the remaining time:

AMRAP the “CHIEF”

Total rounds of the “Chief” is the overall score

  • 3 Power Cleans @ 42.5kg/60kg
  • 6 Press ups
  • 9 Air Squats

“ANNIE”

50-40-30-20-10 reps:

  • Double Unders (3-1 singles)
  • Sit ups
