WOD 01.02.2016

The CrossFit Open begins February 25th which is less than a month away! The Open is a Worldwide CrossFit Competition that is open to everyone. It is the ideal opportunity to Defy Your Limitations by taking yourself our of your comfort zone and completing 5 workouts over 5 weeks. This will be done in the Box under the watchful eye of one of our qualified Judges. The workouts are no different to what you have experienced in the Classes, and a Scaled Division is available for those just getting started or those who have yet to master some of the more complex movements in CrossFit.
