Chris (Ports) has been part of CrossFit Teesside’s Coaching staff since 2013, as a former professional footballer of 10 years he has always been in the fitness industry. Ports is responsible for running private ON RAMPs as well as ad hoc classes. Always the joker with a permanent grin he loves any Barbell workout.
