Team WOD will now be on a Thursday for the next 5 weeks as the CrossFit Games OPEN WOD will be posted on a Friday. You can also use Thursday as OPEN GYM as usual, however Team WODDERs will have equipment and space priority. If your in the OPEN use Thursday as a chance to mobilise and work on some skills in preparation of what may lie ahead 🙂

- 14 Down Ups
- 14 OH Plate Lunges @ 10kg/20kg
- 14 Ab-mat Sit ups
