Workout of the Day

Team WOD/OPEN GYM 25.02.16

Team WOD will now be on a Thursday for the next 5 weeks as the CrossFit Games OPEN WOD will be posted on a Friday. You can also use Thursday as OPEN GYM as usual, however Team WODDERs will have equipment and space priority. If your in the OPEN use Thursday as a chance to mobilise and work on some skills in preparation of what may lie ahead 🙂

 

Team WOD

In teams of 2 work through the following 20 min AMRAP:

  • 14 Kettlebell Swings @ 16kg/24kg
  • 14 Down Ups
  • 14 OH Plate Lunges @ 10kg/20kg
  • 14 Ab-mat Sit ups

*scale the weight as you need to*
