Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise

WOD-in pairs for time:

  • Run 800m (between the pair)
  • 10 Rounds of Cindy (between the pair)
  • Run 600m
  • 8 Rounds of Cindy
  • Run 400m
  • 6 Rounds of Cindy

*Scale jumping/band assisted pull ups.*

Competition WOD

Spend 15 minutes working on Squat Snatches (coached)

3 Rounds for time:

  • 50 Air Squats
  • 10 Hang Power Snatches 35kg/50kg
  • 7 Muscle ups

*Scale as needed*

MU’s can be scaled utilising band assisted MU’s/Pull ups and dips, rep range will be advised
