TEAM WOD-“Party with the girls”

Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise

WOD – in pairs complete the following

  • “KAREN”
  • 10 Rounds of “Cindy”
  • 4 x 400m intervals
  • “Annie”

Only one person can work at anyone time, reps must be distributed evenly

KAREN – 150 Wall Balls @ 6/9kg

CINDY

  • 5 Pull ups
  • 10 Press ups
  • 15 Air Squats

 ANNIE – 50-40-30-20-10 reps:

  • Double Unders
  • Sit ups
