Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise


For time:

  • One person runs 200m

Whilst the other person works through the following chipper, the person who is running will take over at what ever rep number the other partner is at once they are back in.

  • 54 Burpees
  • 54 Air Squat Jumps
  • 54 Sit ups
  • 54 Static Lunges
  • 54 H/R Press ups
  • 54 Box Jumps @ 20″/24″
  • 54 Ball Slams/KB Swings
  • 54 Burpees
