Please remember that the box will be closed this Saturday & Sunday due to the wall being knocked through into next door. Apologies for any inconvenience, once this is done it will be back to business as usual and in a few weeks time we will have double the space and more toys for you to play with!

Our new neighbours Crossfit DL21DL have kindly offered to allow us to train at their box on Saturday morning, their classes run at the same time as ours, if anybody would like to car share people can meet outside the box at 9:30am and drive over together.
