Warm up

Stretch and Mobilise

WOD (in pairs randomly selected)

Carrying a med ball between the pair do the following for the time:

  • Run 800m

    GO ON CORNY!!! GO ON!!!

  • 100 Ball Slams
  • 50 Plate sit ups
  • Run 600m
  • 100 Air squats
  • 50 plate sit ups
  • Run 400m
  • 100 Box jumps
  • 50 plate sit ups
  • Run 200m
  • 50 Burpees
  • 50 Plate sit ups

Optional finisher, 100m partner truck push for the time.

I’ll explain the plate sit ups tomorrow, standby for a nice core frying session 🙂
