WOD (in pairs randomly selected)
Carrying a med ball between the pair do the following for the time:
- Run 800m
- 100 Ball Slams
- 50 Plate sit ups
- Run 600m
- 100 Air squats
- 50 plate sit ups
- Run 400m
- 100 Box jumps
- 50 plate sit ups
- Run 200m
- 50 Burpees
- 50 Plate sit ups
Optional finisher, 100m partner truck push for the time.
