Team WOD: (In Pairs)
For Max Reps Of:
4 Minutes of Kettlebell Snatches @ 16/24kg (5 Each Arm)
4 Minutes of Calorie Row
4 Minutes of Double Unders
4 Minutes of Calorie Ski
4 Minutes of Box Jumps @ 20/24″

In this Team WOD, you will complete as many reps as possible in 30 Seconds, then you will Rest while your partner completes as many reps as possible in 30 Seconds. Keep switching back and forth every 30 Seconds for the full workout. Keep a count of your completed Reps, which will be your total at the end.

* Scale WEIGHT & HEIGHT as needed.
* Scale Double Unders for Singles (which will be divided by 3 before added to team total)
