Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise

WOD-in pairs

In a 20 minute window complete:

  • 100 Static Lunges 
  • 100 Lateral Burpees
  • 100 Broad Jumps 4″/6″

Then in remaining time AMRAP:

“The Chief”

  • 3 Power Clean @ 42.5kg/60kg
  • 6 Press ups
  • 9 Air Squats
