Stretch and mobilise

WOD in partners

In a 20 minute window:

Run 1 mile, relay style 4x400m Sprints

Then in remaining time AMRAP:

  • 5 Ball Slams/ KB Swings
  • 7 Press Ups
  • 9 Air Squats
