Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise

WOD – in pairs

In a 20 minute window:

  • 100 KB Swings 16kg/24kg
  • 2 x 400m sprints (1 each)
  • 100 Goblet Squats 16kg/24kg
  • 2 x 400m sprints (1 each)
  • 100 H/R Press ups
  • 2 x 400m Sprints (1 each)

In remaining time AMRAP:

  • 10 Air Squats
  • 5 Burpees
