TEAM WOD “26.02.15”

Remember that today is Team WOD!! 🙂 OPEN gym will be Friday for the next 5 weeks whilst the CrossFit Games OPEN is running. The first WOD will be announced tonight 🙂

For those of you who are new to “TEAM WOD” don’t worry its the best WOD of the week, you’ll be teamed up with a partner and you’ll work together to get through the WOD!!

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise

AMRAP in pairs: 25 mins

  • 100 KB Swings @ 16kg/24kg
  • 100 Goblet Squats @ 16kg/24kg
  • 100 KB Push Press @ 16kg/24kg
  • 100 KB Lunges @ 16kg/24kg
  • 200 Double Unders

*Scale the weight as needed, Scale double unders for 3-1 singles*
